Chris Troutner 962b2eb627 Lower tip dust limit to 600 sats and keep the like/tip modal editable after errors

Allow tips as low as 600 sats (tip output dust) while keeping the wallet
balance gate at 3000 sats to cover transaction fees. Keep the tip input and
Like button enabled after a validation error so the user can edit and retry.

psf-memo-client

This is a web-based single page app (SPA) written in React. It provides non-custodial wallet features for the Bitcoin Cash blockchain, including support for SLP tokens and NFTs.

This web wallet is forked from bch-wallet-web3-spa. It's had additional user interfaces added to it for interacting with the REST API provided by psf-memo-db.

Installation

git clone https://github.com/Permissionless-Software-Foundation/psf-memo-client
cd bch-wallet-web3-spa
npm install
npm start
npm run build
