 - Changed types for PostCSS plugins from webpack `Plugin` type to PostCSS
   `Plugin<T>` type.
 - Added a check of each plugin's `postcssPlugin` property; a plugin
   with a `postcssPlugin` property equal to `autoprefixer` will have its
   options assigned to the default.

* fix(webpack): allow amending autoprefixer options

 - Amended the change to use object spread instead of `Object.assign()`.
 - Added a test to check that the default options are applied when called
   with no options.
 - Added a test to check that when called with options, these will be
   applied to the defaults and override where applicable.

 - Remove unnecessary `expect` clauses.

It appears that Gatsby strips the form name from the form submission. By adding the hidden field you can restore the name and don't run into submission issues.
